Position Description/requirements:
AOC
seeks one (1) highly skilled, experienced (Senior-level). Web
Application Developer to expand current INH project team resources.
Initially project assignment will be made to augment the current INH EDR
project team for the development and deployment of web services and
middleware that will enable legacy system integration and dependent
systems with the SC-CMS application under the direction of the assigned
Project Manager. AOC seeks candidates as Senior-level Web Application
Developer who has a minimum of five (5) years of experience specifically
related to Java and HTML web application development.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Software Development
a) Populated Source Control Repositories.
Repositories will include, but not limited to, the following:
· Well commented code
· Markdown readme file
· Modular/Injectable design
· Automated Tests
· Platform agnostic build script
· Platform agnostic deployment script
b) Deployment Support/Documentation.
Deployment support/documentation will include, but not be limited to, the following.
· Markdown readme file containing the following:
i. Summary of set up
ii. Configuration
iii. Dependencies/Prerequisites
iv. How to run tests
Deployment instructions
Security
c) Daily Status of Blocked Tasks
· Incoming dependencies
· Outgoing dependencies
d) Biweekly Closeout
· Summary of work completed
· Review of work completed
e) Biweekly Sizing
· Help create user story tasks
· Help size user stories
f) Collaboration and cooperation with the EDR Project Team, Other EDE Projects, and AOC staff as needed.
g) Documentation and status reports as requested by the EDR Technical Lead and EDR Project Manager
h) Security Design & Documentation
· Document/justify processes that require elevated privileges
· Document/justify exposed ports
· Document/justify any non-secured communication
· Document communication between services & resources
Selected candidate is expected to be available to work Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend hours may be required at times but no overtime rate shall be paid. Any travel requirements will be determined at the discretion of assigned Project Manager, or his designee. Any travel required within the Puget Sound area will not be billable or reimbursable.

Provide
an up-to-date resume for each proposed candidate(s). Resume shall
clearly identify and address all skills and/or experience required in the Work Request. Candidate’s name must be included on each page of their resume (e.g., footer, etc.).
