Required Skills:
1. 8 years object-oriented development experience with C# and / or VB.Net
2. Relational database experience preferably SQL 2012, including writing stored procedures, queries and creating tables
3. XML and XSLT
4. Strong ability to work on multiple aspects of a complete system, including GUI development, rules development, backend interfacing development, workflow development and server processing
5. Strong Experience with Winforms, Web, and CSS development
6. Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and skills
7. Prior roles on large user base applications that include the ability to stress test and improve performance
8. Ability to independently research and troubleshoot problems
9. Ability to interact with business users and offer professional support via email and phone
10.Professional, courteous and organized
11. Good business and technical writing skills
12. Exhibits aptitude for problem solving
