Mandatory Skills:

• IBM Websphere Commerce Development (V7)
• Management Center experience a plus for customizations
• Customer Segmentation/Promotions experience also a plus

• 75% of time to be spent on Developing Restfull Services
• 25% of time in maintaining and managing existing Objects or Services

• 5+ Years IBM Websphere Commerce Experience
• 8+ years of Java Development Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise projects within the architectural domain.
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change; business systems analysis experience.
• Significant experience, in architectural management of multiple core component areas, migration planning, and project management of infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in translating business strategies, across several business units, into effective solutions

Responsibilities:

• Coding, testing and analyzing application software
• Improve existing code to ensure optimal functionality of web applications.
• Maintain existing programs and applications
• Evaluate and increase application software effectiveness
• Technology competencies could include: Java, HTML, CSS, ASP, .NET, and Tibco.
• Collaborate and work closely with business analysts and team members to provide IT and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and create solutions that are aligned with business directives.
• Work closely with testers to spot bugs in programming code and fix any resulting issues.
