The position requires strong systems thinking ability, integration test expertise, white and gray box analytical skills, attention to detail and significant experience working with databases and SQL to verify data accuracy
Job Requirements:
Must have created, from scratch, a QTP automated, keyword, data-driven test framework
Must have 3+ years' experience in descriptive programing
Expert level experience with either SQL or Oracle DBMS required
5+ years SQA experience in complex technical environments
Bachelor's or higher Degree
Desired Qualifications:
Expert level experience with ALM and Load Runner
Test Certification
Specific Skills:
Expert research and analytical skills involving technical and business process documentation - including system architecture, detailed design, and requirements
Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive and accurate test designs and conditions through research and analysis of documentation; and from socializing with technical and business experts
Significant experience designing and executing QA black, white and gray box test conditions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully participate as a SQA team member on large, complex projects from design through Production deployment
Easy and adaptive personality
Fast, accurate & enthusiastic self-starter
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels (i.e. Management, SQA, DEV, Business Partners, Security, etc.)
Independent thinker with tenacity to maintain focus on issues until satisfied they are adequately resolved
Knowledge of industry standards and SQA best practices
Experience with various SDLC frameworks
Ability to track complex problems in a dynamic and evolving environment to thorough and complete resolution
