• Should have hands on experience on AS400 skill set -RPG , RPGILE, CL, Synon.
• Ability to develop components in RPG , RPGILE, CL, Synon.
• Should be strong to create design on Synon ,RPG ILE, CL overall on AS400 platform.
• Ability to have Architect level thought to come up with design and to provide overall techo-functional solution(s) on day to day project life pertaining to Synon, RPG ILE and CL Strong communication skills.
• Need to work with offshore to ensure the delivery.
