Android Developer Job Description

• Certification in Android application development preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of native Android application development experience. iOS application development is a plus.

• 5+years’ experience in Java is required.
• Experience in  C/C++ is a plus.
• Experience with web technologies such as JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, websockets.
• Previous experience in developing browser based Apps, Rich clients preferably in GWT or AngularJS.

• Porting Android on Embedded platform such as  Freescale iMX, TI OMAP etc is a plus
• Experience in board bring-up with Linux and Android is a plus
• Prior experience with software architecture design is a plus.
• Must have an understanding of agile development and the ability to blur and blend agile software development with stage-gate waterfall product development.
• Experience delivering solutions on time and at high quality that conform to user story acceptance criteria.
