POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction, formulates and defines specifications for complex software or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities. Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents those programs.
Competent to work at the highest technical level on all phases of software. May assist other systems programmers to effectively utilize the system's technical software. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge of Dynamics CRM and work on enterprise level systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop software development strategies.
· Design, code, and test a variety of custom business applications.
· Work with peers to develop end-to-end testing and quality assurance procedures and plans.
· Partner with software vendor for platform customization.
· Discuss business requirements with business analysts, end-users, and management, and develop these into technical requirements, system design, functional specifications and specifications with business.
· Assist in development of project plans, budgets and resource requirements as well as assist in defining project success criteria
· Monitor system performance and code quality of other team members.
· Assist in analysis and procurement of productivity tools as needed.
· Assist in defining project success criteria.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
· Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone’s responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensing/Certification:
· 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
· Dynamics CRM Certification a plus
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development using .NET C#, ASP .NET, ADO .NET, HTML, XML/Web Services, JQuery, JavaScript.
· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with SQL Server – TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, DDL, and Triggers.
· Professional experience working SSRS would be preferred, especially development for Dynamics CRM.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 a major plus.
· Application integration experience using Scribe a plus.
· SharePoint experience a plus.

· Ability to efficiently develop detailed technical specifications from higher level designs.
· Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Understanding of Agile principles including SCRUM would be a plus.
· Knowledge of healthcare recruiting would be a plus.
